Every home is booked directly with us, with no lease to sign -- stays run from a few nights to a full year. Short stays, corporate relocation and emergency housing after a fire or flood are handled by the same team. Nightly rates start at $120 CAD, and each property page shows its own pricing, availability, house rules and cancellation policy.
