Amazing stay! The place was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Great location, smooth check-in and a very helpful host. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Check-in was confusing and the door lock did not work. I had to use pliers to lock/unlock the door. A repair was scheduled then rescheduled for “the next few days.” I pressed the issue and it was repaired that night. Sadly, the problems continued and the property did not live up to the luxury experience advertised.There was no guest handbook, no information about where to dispose of or take out household trash for city pickup. We were not informed before arrival that sewer cleaning would occur while we were moving in. We could not use the advertised garage because a broken grate protruded upward and appeared capable of puncturing a tire.The living room had modular furniture and the only illumination in that room came indirectly from leaving the hallway and kitchen lights on. Bathroom lighting was just as poor.Several fixtures felt poorly installed or maintained. The bedside lighting required a USB port and produand the closets had plastic retail hangers. One bedroom’s mattress cover had a large yellow stain and noticeably thinned material in that area.The kitchen was another disappointment for a luxury property. There were cheap “Corelle” dishes, a cutting board that was 4 x 8”, one small-cavity ice tray, 4 coffee pods and a dorm room microwave.Overall, the lack of advanced communication, maintenance concerns and cheap furnishings, made this stay feel far below luxurious value promised. I would not recommend this property to travelers seeking a genuine luxury stay.

Exactly like the photos! Clean, modern, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and loved being so close to Montreal. There’s also a convenient parking lot behind the building. Would definitely recommend!

We originally had a different bnb booked that had safety concerns. We reached out to Jesse the day of and he was incredible!

The space is in pristine condition and all the amenities were above and beyond. Thank you so much for extending us your bnb and my family and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Laval!!

This is our second time staying here. We always enjoy the spot - it's close to where we need to get to so it's practical in that sense. The overall look of the place is very modern and crips, we like the view especially. It can be a bit loud on the front side since it's on a busy street but it's quiet at night and when you are in the condo you don't really hear much. The response from the owner and team are pretty amazing - if you have any questions or concerns, they will address right away.

Quiet place with river view. Conveniently located near the routes 25 and 440.

Le logement était spacieux et les photos représentent bien le logement. Nous étions près de plusieurs commerces, épiceries et restaurants, et l'endroit etait tres tranquille. Nous avons eu un peu de difficulté avec la boite a clé a l'extérieur, mais avons reussi après quelques essais. Le stationnement pour l'auto est sous-terrain, mais nous n'avons pas accès au logement par le garage. Nous devons passer par l'extérieur pour nous rendre au logement. Nous avons eu un bon séjour.
