During the day, it's a generous, well-lit space: a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, an open-plan kitchen and living area with plenty of natural light, fast Wi-Fi, and indoor garage parking. Suited equally well for a couple's retreat, a family trip, or a work-from-home stay.
Saint-Vincent-de-Paul has drawn people to the Laval waterfront since 1740. The village strip along Boulevard Lévesque offers café terraces, local restaurants, boutiques in converted stone buildings, and a genuine community feel. The Berge Saint-Vincent park and riverfront cycling path are right alongside the water. Carrefour Laval and Place Bell are about 15 minutes away. Montreal downtown is 25–30 minutes south via Highway 25 or Autoroute 440.
Trudeau Airport (YUL) is approximately 30–35 minutes. Bus service on Boulevard Lévesque connects to the metro network; the nearest bus and metro station is about 15 minutes by car.

lately we have been in and out airbnb s from florida dubai egypt ect... and sabrina and jesse s appartement are spotless super clean well decorated and jesse is very helpfull with any demands you have i recommend 100%

Wonderful experience! Check in and check out were very efficient. We loved the location with just a short drive to the metro. I highly recommend this experience. We definitely want to return someday.

We had a lovely stay! The place was beautiful! Well decorated, comfortable, and clean. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were very comfortable.

Perfect spot for access to city and to Laval. Great morning walks along the river and the apartment was spotless with high end linens etc. Hot tub was wonderful after a long day of walking! Communication was excellent!

Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Jalousine und Haarfön fehlte, Boden und Küche nicht ganz sauber,...) war alles wunderbar. Eigentümer schnell erreichbar und immer bemüht gleich zu helfen bzw. eine Lösung zu finden. Schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung.
We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
It was also very pet-friendly, and our dog felt comfortable and welcome throughout the stay. The hosts were always responsive, kind, and willing to help with anything we needed.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.
