This is a turnkey home with brand-new furniture throughout — every room freshly set up and move-in ready. The layout gives a genuine sense of space: three bedrooms (a king and two queens), 1.5 bathrooms, and open living and dining areas that work well whether you're here alone, as a couple, or as a group of up to 6.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for a week's worth of real cooking. The dedicated workspace with desk is set up for remote work. In-unit washer/dryer, air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi mean nothing is missing. Two dedicated parking spaces are included — an uncommon perk in the greater Montreal area.

It is one of the best-connected locations in Laval: you are on the island of Montreal in about 5 minutes via Autoroute 19 and the Papineau-Leblanc Bridge, making it an ideal base for anyone who needs regular Montreal access without the cost or noise of city living.
Day-to-day amenities — grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, parks — are all within a short drive. Parc de la Rivière-des-Prairies is nearby for waterfront walking and cycling. The neighbourhood sits just north of the Rivière des Prairies, with the Ahuntsic borough of Montreal directly across the water. For larger outings, Carrefour Laval and Place Bell are approximately 15 minutes west along Autoroute 440.
By car, Autoroute 19 (the Papineau Expressway) is the primary artery — it crosses the Papineau-Leblanc Bridge directly into Montreal's Ahuntsic neighbourhood in about 5 minutes. Autoroute 440 runs east-west along the northern edge of the neighbourhood, connecting to Highways 13 and 15 for broader regional access. Trudeau International Airport (YUL) is approximately 20–25 minutes via Autoroute 19 and Autoroute 40.

The property is exactly as described and the hosts were very responsive. I would recommend to add a step from the driveway going to the front door, as the the first step is higher than usual and a dresser or chester drawer in the room with the king bed as the closet isn't accessible so you can store your clothes. I highly recommend this location and will come back again someday. Thanks

Awesome hosts!! The place was spotless and spacious and our dogs enjoyed the fenced in backyard.
From the moment I booked this air bnb the team was truly amazing, they answered any question I had before we landed in Montreal. Check in was super easy and the house made me feel like k was staying in my own house. The beds were super comfy( the couch was extra comfy and plushy) only downside was the master had to closet but that didn’t effect our stay one bit. Highly recommend renting this air bnb. If I ever come back to Montreal this is the first place I will look to book.
